Auckland Council has received the following applications for resource
consent under Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Location: 72 Tidal Road, Māngere

Details of proposed activity: To undertake 5500m³ of earthworks
over an area of 3100m², and erect a 107m long retaining wall up to a
maximum height of 5.8m at the base of the Crater Hill and within the
Outstanding Natural Feature overlay. The site has an area of 14.83ha.
The Outstanding Natural Feature overlay extends 260m into the
southern end of the subject site and covers an area of approximately
4300m². The works are associated with the proposed construction
and operation of a manufacturing facility on the same site
(application no. BUN60081843), which was publicly notified on
Monday 24 July 2017. The applications will be heard together.
