15 November 2016 - Proposed Revocation of Reserve at Crisp Avenue, Pukekohe (close: 17 December 2016) 


Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, Auckland Council hereby notifies its intention to revoke the reservation of access way reserve over the land described in the Schedule to this notice, situated adjacent to numbers 20 and 23 Crisp Avenue, Pukekohe.

The reserve is surplus to council’s requirements as it is not utilized for council purposes and is not required for council’s current or future service requirements. It is proposed that the land may be sold to an adjoining owner.

Plans showing the area of reserve land to be revoked is available to view below.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed revocation of reserve land may do so no later than 17 December 2016, in writing and addressed to: Chief Executive, Auckland Council, Private Bag 92300, Auckland 1142, attention Carl May.

Objections should state if the objector wishes to be heard in person.

 Any objector’s information provided to the council will become subject to the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1977 and may be released by the council under that Act.

The council may, at its discretion, publish or disclose all or part of any objection.
