Supported devices and browsers for GeoMaps (GIS viewer)

GeoMaps works best on some devices and browsers. We recommend you use a desktop device. Mobile phones are not supported.

GeoMaps should work on other devices and browsers than those listed above. However, this has not been tested on other possible combinations of device, browser and operating system.

Check the security settings

If you are experiencing security certificate errors or your browser indicates that browsing is insecure, you may need to change your browser security settings.

For example, if you are using Internet Explorer 11, you can find and apply settings as described below.

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer (IE) and click the Settings icon

Step 2: Click on Internet options

Step 3: Click on the Advanced tab

Step 4: Ensure the following three boxes are checked: Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, Use TLS 1.2
