Urgent LIM service unavailable for some areas

The urgent LIM service is temporarily unavailable for Central, Franklin, Manukau and Papakura properties.The standard service is available for these areas using any of the methods below.

Urgent LIM ordering continues to be available for North and West customers.

Order a LIM

Before logging into the online service, you will need:

  • your credit card details
  • property address.

How you order and collect your LIM will depend on where the property is located.

Order your LIM online and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A convenience fee of 1.75 per cent of your payment amount applies.

Sessions expire after 20 minutes.

Cancel a LIM

Depending on the work completed when the cancellation request is received, the fee may be non-refundable.

We charge a $60 cancellation fee if LIM applications have:

  • been receipted or entered into our system
  • not been cancelled within the acceptable timeframe.

Collection or delivery options

Please tick how you want to receive your LIM on your application form. You can choose from the following options:

  • standard NZ Post or DX Mail
  • fax (report only*)
  • email (report only*)
  • courier (additional charges apply)
  • collection from any of our offices between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday
  • .

* Report only means that you will receive the body of the LIM by fax or email. Any relevant additional documents, such as maps (A3 format) or other attachments will be posted.
